measuring Best practices

Ideally, we recommend you have someone help you measure yourself, but sometimes that can't happen. Here's some tips to measure yourself to find your size and shape.

You'll want to stand in front of a full-length mirror, have a soft tape measure, and wear semi-fitted clothes.

Tips for getting the most accurate numbers:

-Stand up straight. Feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent. Try pinching the tape measure at the number and pulling the tape away instead of bending over to read it.

-Keep the tape measure parallel to the ground

-Round to the nearest 1/8"
