Returns & Exchanges

Fit and customer satisfaction are extremely important to us.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return or exchange on any product that has been worn (for longer than an initial try-on), washed, or otherwise altered from the state in which you received them.  In some cases, we will offer partial refunds on lightly-worn jeans.  Customers are responsible for shipping costs on any returns or exchanges.

Please include your name and order number in the packaging.  We are always seeking constructive criticism, so feel free to include your reason for returning the item.  Your return will be processed within 3 business days of receipt, and funds will be restored to your original method of payment.  You will receive an email once your return has been processed.  Please note that some banks and credit cards can take up to 48 hours to post reimbursed funds.
